My passion for real estate started over 28 years ago when I purchased my first investment property at the age of 18 in the Midwest, where I grew up. Since then, I have fueled my love for Real Estate by guiding my friends and family to realize their dream of homeownership. Since 1992, I have made San Francisco my home, and am now a San Francisco gay Realtor.

Prior to buying and selling San Francisco real estate, I worked as a general manager for two major national hotel chains, an experience that allowed me the opportunity to delve further into real estate as an investment buyer.

It was during that time that I realized my true passion was real estate. I diligently took the steps needed to segue from my career in hotel management to a career in real estate, and quickly found myself amongst the top ten percent of all real estate agents in San Francisco.

I’m a Bay Area native and full-time residential Realtor in San Francisco since 1999. I take a long-term/trusted advisor approach and most of my business is repeat/referral. I specialize in Noe Valley (my home neighborhood of the past 12 years), but cover all of this amazing city.

As a San Francisco gay Realtor, I’m an expert negotiator and get my sellers the highest possible price and my buyers the best possible price, hence my tagline, “Always getting you more!” I have a great rapport with the other top agents in the City and this opens doors for my sellers/buyers in a competitive market with limited inventory.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my partner and our Pug, Gunther. I enjoy walking, hiking, scuba diving, windsurfing and anything to do with the water and sun! Some of my favorite haunts are The Midnight Sun and Anchor Oyster Bar in the Castro, Robin SF (amazing omakase), day trips to wine country and Palm Springs!

Matt Fuller is a San Francisco gay Realtor who brings decades of experience and industry leadership to his role as co-founder and Managing Broker of the San Francisco real estate brokerage Jackson Fuller Real Estate. His real estate career began in 2002 when he left a sales career at Apple Inc.

Over the years, along with fellow co-founder Britton Jackson, they have represented hundreds of buyers and sellers across the city — a unique and competitive environment where more than 95% of their transactions have closed. The first buyer Matt represented is still living in and raising their family in the single-family home they bought. Relationships that last a lifetime really do still happen.

In addition to representing discerning buyers and sellers, Matt, a San Francisco gay Realtor, is very involved in organized real estate and was the 2017 President of the San Francisco Association of Realtors. He also served as an elected Director for the association from 2013 – 2018 and was a chair of its MLS & Technology committee as well as the 2015 Chief Financial Officer. He currently serves as a Director for the California Association of Realtors, where he is the 2019 Vice-Chair for the MLS Policy Committee.
