David has lived in the metro Atlanta area since 1977. Originally licensed as a gay Atlanta Realtor in 1985 and worked for ERA Real Estate for 20 years. David obtained his Broker's license and opened his own brokerage - Hober Realty. David is continually recognized by the Atlanta Realtors Association as a Top Producer and holds the Lifetime Top Producers designation.
