NC: Asheville Home Sales Improved in February

Sales of existing homes in Buncombe County and neighboring counties were up dramatically again last month when compared to February 2011. Sales rose 22.8 percent in Buncombe to 151 homes, up from 123 a year ago, according to N.C. Mountains Multiple Listing Service. Increases were even larger in neighboring counties.
