David has lived in the metro Atlanta area since 1977. Originally licensed as a gay Atlanta Realtor in 1985 and worked for ERA Real Estate for 20 years. David obtained his Broker's license and opened his own brokerage - Hober Realty. David is continually recognized by the Atlanta Realtors Association as a Top Producer and holds the Lifetime Top Producers designation.

Matt Rinker has worked in the real estate industry for over twenty years in various capacities from property management, sales agent, and buyers agent. Matt lives in the Peoplestown neighborhood of Atlanta where he serves as Vice President of the Peoplestown Neighborhood Association.
