Baltimore Polytechnic Institute taught me how to draw structures like houses and mechanical stuff. My Bachelors Degree from W VA Wesleyan taught me how to ask the right questions to clearly understand the needs of the person.

My Masters Degree from Cappella University, later in life, has taught me how to reduce the stress of taking risks; it is a critical component of the buying decision making process.
