My partner and I moved here from the San Francisco Bay Area in 2008, and I've been licensed as a Las Vegas gay Realtor since 2012.

I enjoy providing my services to clients who are in the process of buying or selling their houses.

I have an SRES designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) which allows me to assist seniors in housing sales and purchases. I have a wide network of other senior-focused professionals who can assist the clients.

Probate properties require a level of understanding and expertise when dealing with the decedent’s estate and their administrators or executors of the families. I work closely with estate planning/probate attorneys throughout Clark County (Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson communities).

My parents were both deaf and as such, I used ASL (American sign language) every day of my life when I was growing up in my family. Deaf people need an ally that can communicate with them through the use of the ASL (American Sign Language) for their real estate needs. I am not a certified translator, however, I am skilled at communicating effectively with my deaf clients.

I belong to BNI (Business Network International) the largest networking organization of its kind here in the states as well as throughout the world. I’m very involved with my local chapter, BNI Networking Pros, I’ve held various positions within the chapter including the President and Vice President roles. BNI’s culture, training, and philosophy mirror Keller Williams International.
