Rob is a Des Moines gay Realtor and co-founder of The Rob & Kelly Team. He has been licensed since 2003 and brings a strong background in customer service, leadership, and relationship-focused client care. Rob has a longtime passion for historic homes, architecture, and helping clients find properties that fit both their lifestyle and long-term goals. He especially enjoys working in established Des Moines neighborhoods including Sherman Hill, Waterbury, Beaverdale, South of Grand, and downtown Des Moines, where character, history, and community all play an important role in the home-buying experience.
Outside of real estate, Rob and his partner Jeff own a turn-of-the-century home on a small acreage outside of Des Moines, where they enjoy gardening, restoring vintage pieces, and spending time outdoors. Together they also own a small antique shop, reflecting Rob’s appreciation for craftsmanship, history, and the unique details that make older homes and properties special.
Kelly Schall has been licensed since 2002 after serving in the United States Air Force and later working for the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. Her background helped shape the disciplined, strategic, and highly personalized approach she brings to every transaction. Kelly specializes in seller representation, negotiation, relocation, and helping clients confidently navigate major life transitions.
