Zillow: Denver Real Estate Prices at 2000 Levels

Today’s report by Zillow.co shows that the overall value of a home sold in the Denver area in March is $192,300, the lowest point since December 2000.

However, as the saying goes, all real estate is local, and there are wide differences even in a local market.

When Zillow, the real estate website, drilled into dozens of cities, counties and selected neighborhood in Denver, it found a wide differences in prices and percentage changes.
