Wilmington, North Carolina Real Estate Market Has Best June Since 2007

Wilmington, North Carolina Real EstateWilmington-area home sales grew 10.6 percent last month compared with a year earlier, the best June showing since 2007, according to statistics released Thursday by the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors.

Sales in the area covered by the WRAR – roughly New Hanover, Pender and northern Brunswick counties – rose to 542 in June from 490 in June 2011.

Prices were mixed, however.
