November home sales in the Wichita area fell compared with last month but were higher than in November 2011, according to a monthly sales report released Friday by the South Central Kansas Multiple Listing Service.
The November report said both existing and new home sales were lower than October by 11 percent and 13 percent, respectively. Home sales generally slow as the holidays approach, and then gain strength into the new year, especially in the spring.
