THV 11 reports that Arkansas home sales dipped in February:
Also yesterday, the Arkansas Realtors Association reporting that February home sales were down 1.6 percent from the same time last year. But the average price of homes sold increased by 7.6 percent when compared to the same time last year. According to the report, which tracks home sales in 43 Arkansas counties, the average price of homes sold in February was a little more than $152,000.
This was after a sales jump in January, according to NWA:
Home sales in Arkansas rose more than 11 percent in January compared with January 2012, the highest increase since February last year, the Arkansas Realtors Association said Thursday.
