TN: Central State Home Sales Improved in July

Tennessee Gay Real EstateMt. Juliet real estate agent Judy Rockensock is on track to sell more homes at higher prices this year than she did last year. Her sales reflect a recent report that shows Middle Tennessee home sales could be on the rebound.

Last week, a long-awaited glimmer of hope surfaced on the local housing scene with a report that July single-family home sales in Middle Tennessee rose nearly 16 percent compared with a year earlier.

“I’m having a lot of people relocate here,” Rockensock said. “I think that has a lot to do with it. Face it, Middle Tennessee is just a great place to live.”
