Mt. Juliet real estate agent Judy Rockensock is on track to sell more homes at higher prices this year than she did last year. Her sales reflect a recent report that shows Middle Tennessee home sales could be on the rebound.
Last week, a long-awaited glimmer of hope surfaced on the local housing scene with a report that July single-family home sales in Middle Tennessee rose nearly 16 percent compared with a year earlier.
“I’m having a lot of people relocate here,” Rockensock said. “I think that has a lot to do with it. Face it, Middle Tennessee is just a great place to live.”
