Weird Houses of Zillow – The Beverly Hills Vampire House

Beverly Hills Vampire House

Real estate listing sites feature plenty of homes for purchase that give us a glimpse into the worlds of architecture and interior design. While most are pretty normal, the Twitter account The Best of Zillow consistently finds some funny, ridiculous, and downright strange ones, too.

These, let’s call them, solutions, are a testament to human creativity and proof that what someone finds tasteful can make another sigh in disapproval.

But hey, ultimately, your home is your castle. Just because shelter is a necessity doesn’t mean it has to be boring. Just remember that eccentric ideas are often harder to sell.

Today, the Beverly Hills Vampire House. Seriously. What’s up with that pool?

Charles Barenbrugge - Beverly Hills Gay Realtor

Beverly Hills Gay Realtor & Broker/Owner of Charles Estates

Having grown up in Glencoe, IL., a North Shore suburb of Chicago, IL., I have always loved real estate ever since a child. I used to buy the floor plan magazines at the supermarket checkout and take them home a decide how to move walls to make the rooms more livable for myself.

A little over 2 years ago, I started my own company called Charles Estates in Palm Springs and recently opened my new office in Beverly Hills. I am currently a Beverly Hills gay Realtor working with high end buyers and sellers and enjoy the drive from Palm Springs – it’s only 2 hours! My goal is to have a pied-a-terre one day in Beverly Hills – my ultimate goal. I find that Beverly Hills and Bel Air remind me so much of Chicago’s North Shore from Evanston up to Lake Forest and many of the streets remind me of driving on Sheridan Road.

I have joined the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce and have attended a variety of their functions plus I am also a member of the LA Opera and have enjoyed visiting the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion for the operas: Il Travatore; Tannhauser; and most recently, La Cenerentola. As a young man, fresh out of high school, I sang with the Apollo Chorus in Chicago and was studying to become a Lyric Tenor, but life got in the way, so to speak! I enjoy swimming, hiking and making new friends. I also like to make people have a good time during and after their real estate experience with me!
