Seattle Waterfront Home Sales Up in March

Seattle Real EstateSales of waterfront homes in the Greater Seattle region increased significantly in March. The total number of homes sold on the waterfront stood at 52 for the month.

Compared to February’s 44 waterfront home sales, the increase of 18% was a significant swing, potentially signalling a swift increase in the strength of the waterfront market.

Of the waterfront homes sold in King County in March, 13 of them were million-dollar-plus homes, with the highest price being a Bellevue waterfront home that reached the $3 million mark.
