More About the Professional:
Licensed in Real Estate in Washington and Oregon, my journey to a career in real estate traversed through chiropractic school in Davenport, Iowa, a retail career with Starbucks, and Commercial Insurance in NW Portland before landing at the Hasson Company. A native of the Pacific NW, my family still operates a farm in eastern Washington homesteaded by my great grandparents over 100 years ago.
I entered the real estate industry to build a business based on the core values of quality, integrity, and customer service. I joined The Hasson Company as I believe it best aligns with my own core values. The marketing and technology tools provided by the company allows me to provide superior service to my clients.
Having lived on a floating home for 5 years, I have a particular passion for floating properties and resort lifestyle properties. In every transaction, my goal is to provide trustworthy, well researched advice, along with ongoing communication, personal contact, and market updates. Buying or selling a home is a major event, and my goal is to provide the best possible experience for my clients.More Details:
The Portland/Vancouver Metro is a vibrant community perfectly positioned for full enjoyment of the Great Outdoors.
Portland offers an eclectic and inclusive population of folks. It affords big city amenities without the big city. One of the reasons I love Portland is the absence of cliques and the segregation of specific communities. You never have to be just one thing, and there is a place and community for everyone. In addition Portland is home to world-class food! There is always something going on, and there are plentiful opportunities to enrich oneself physically and intellectually.
Vancouver is a burgeoning bedroom community of Portland. Located just across the Columbia River, Vancouver offers no State Income Tax, lower property taxes, and easy access to Portland's amenities and Oregon's zero sales tax! In some ways it's the best of both worlds. Vancouver offers one of the best Farmer's Markets around, and a growing downtown. While slightly more conservative than it's neighbor to the South, Vancouver is still very friendly and accepting of it's Gay and Lesbian residents.
