More About the Professional:
I was born and raised in Tacoma and am intimately familiar with the Tacoma real estate market, including its neighborhoods, recreation and businesses. As a Tacoma gay Realtor, I have focused my business on the LGBT community from the start of my real estate career in 2001 and especially enjoy working with first time buyers. My experience in the Tacoma Real Estate markets covers everything from residential properties, including condos; investment properties; downsizers and those moving up in the market. I also have extensive experience in relocation.
I also service areas outside Tacoma that include South King County, Thurston County, Kitsap County.
I take pride in my knowledge of the Tacoma and Pierce County market and my "no pressure" approach to real estate. I believe that purchasing a home is the biggest financial decision you will make and your Real Estate agent should make the whole process as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Whether you are ready to start looking for a home now, or want to plan for a home purchase in the future, I would be happy to sit down over a cup of coffee and discuss your goals.
Tacoma is a large city that still has a small town feel. Home prices are affordable and you will find that most neighborhoods are accepting and welcoming.
Tacoma's North End, the Stadium District and University Place are particularly welcoming to Gays and Lesbians and great places to live. The south end provides for a more relaxed environment with homes that almost anyone can afford to buy into and is home to many first time LGBT buyers.
