More About the Professional:
I'm a Seattle native, and my family has lived on the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle for three generations. I graduated from Washington State University with a Business/Marketing degree, received my Seattle real estate license in 1992, and my Seattle brokers license soon thereafter.
I started my Seattle real estate career in Shoreline, and in 1995 I moved to RE/Max Northwest, where I still help clients make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
With more than 20 years of experience selling Seattle real estate, I've learned how important it is to educate my clients. Only four percent of all Real Estate Agents in the U.S. can call themselves "Certified Residential Specialists" (CRS). That's because just one in twenty-five has the experience, the commitment, and the hours of advanced training needed to hold this designation. It's one of the highest levels of recognition awarded to associates in the real estate industry, and I'm proud to have earned it.
I do business differently! While most agents spend most of their time and money promoting themselves, I focus on your priorities and goals. I'll start by explaining your Real Estate options, and then will give you the high quality and trustworthy service you expect and deserve!
The key to my success is the quality of people that I represent, and their choice to refer me to friends and relatives based upon the quality of my service to them.
If you're planning to buy or sell a Seattle home. please give me a call.More Details:
