More About the Professional:
I'm a Seattle native, and my family has lived on the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle for three generations. I graduated from Washington State University with a Business/Marketing degree, received my Seattle real estate license in 1992, and my Seattle brokers license soon thereafter.
A Seattle gay Realtor with more than 20 years of experience selling Seattle real estate, I've learned how important it is to educate my clients. Only four percent of all Real Estate Agents in the U.S. can call themselves "Certified Residential Specialists" (CRS). That's because just one in twenty-five has the experience, the commitment, and the hours of advanced training needed to hold this designation. It's one of the highest levels of recognition awarded to associates in the real estate industry, and I'm proud to have earned it.
I do business differently! While most agents spend most of their time and money promoting themselves, I focus on your priorities and goals. I'll start by explaining your Real Estate options, and then will give you the high quality and trustworthy service you expect and deserve!
If you're planning to buy or sell a Seattle home. please give me a call.
Seattle has one of the largest GLBT communities in the country. I'm a member of the Greater Seattle Business Association (GSBA), which is the largest business chamber of it's kind catering to the GLBT community. The GSBA is widely known throughout the Puget Sound Region for its business development, social action and leadership to expand economic opportunities for the GLBT community and those who support equality for all.
