  • More About the Professional:

I've been investing in real estate in Tennessee now for over a decade. I love the business and I love this area of the country. I've bought and sold as a hobby for many years while owning my own independent music label and management company, while touring as a professional singer for over ten years as the duo "Jason & deMarco".

In 2011, my partner and I welcomed twin sons and no longer desired to tour full time, so I made the decision to explore real estate as a career in addition to my music. It's been an awesome journey.

After three years of working with residential and commercial property in Houston, TX, and establishing my own company, 'Grateful Property Solutions', I relocated to Franklin, TN so I could be closer to my parents. I've always loved Middle Tennessee and I am really excited about the opportunity to help my clients find or sell their home. I know the area well, living here previously, and I am always following the shifts and transitions surrounding Nashville.

My core values to my clients are: loyalty, hard work, pride, integrity, responsive, respectful, passionate and caring.

I am an active member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I am also a graduate of the Rich Dad Training program.

I look forward to working with you!

    More Details:

Nashville and the surrounding communities are very gay-friendly areas to live. Somehow this seems to surprise some of our gay clientele who are moving to the area, but it's true!

We have a variety of clubs and restaurants, etc. that cater to the gay community for those who enjoy the nightlife as well as areas of town, residential neighborhoods and commercial districts that are predominantly gay.

For those who wish to live in a more mainstream neighborhood, you'll generally find people to be very welcoming there as well! My partner and I moved to Leipers Fork, an small village within the city of Franklin, and the people have been so welcoming and friendly. Living out in the country a bit, this was a concern, and we have been overwhelmed by kindness.

Franklin is a great small-town feel and rated one of the greatest downtowns in the South. Greater Nashville has something for everyone: With a city as large as ours, we have all the elements most folks look for in a larger market (sports, entertainment, etc.), but at the same time you can drive 30 minutes in any direction and find rolling hills, lakes, and rivers where outdoor activities abound!

Forbes Magazine recently recognized Nashville as one of the country's economic "Boom Towns" / Best Places for Business and Careers" as well as one of the most affordable and "Best Places to Live." We happen to agree.
