Call me today, and let me show you how to make the most of your opportunities in the Santa Fe real estate market.
Santa Fe is America's oldest capital city nick named the City Different and was named the Best Small City in America by Conde Nast in the 2014 Traveler's 26th annual Readers' Choice Awards. Santa Fe is known as the second-largest art market in the country due to the large number of resident painters, sculptors, jewelers, photographers, and other fine artists. My personal experience in Santa Fe first as a visitor then making it my home for the last 5 years is a wonderful, safe and comfortable place to live.
As a real estate broker I have helped LGTB clients move to Santa Fe from all over the country and always hear how much they love living here. One couple that I helped find a home for remarked that they love being able to walk down the street holding each other's hand and it's not even an issue. Santa Fe is a mountain biking destination and you don't have to be an expert mountain biker to enjoy the city's many bike trails and paths.
There are so many places to visit in New Mexico, visit ancient Indian ruins, pueblos, Madrid an old mining town revived by artists and New Mexico wineries.
Santa Fe is one of the best places I have ever lived and I have lived in some of the most beautiful places in the United States.
