More About the Professional:
I represent both buyers and sellers. You can be comfortable with me, my professionalism and my reputation. I've been in Nevada since 1974, moving here to help start a daily newspaper. In 1986 I became editor and publisher of the local LGBTQ newspaper, the Las Vegas Bugle.
Others can tell you about my accomplishments in the LGBTQ community but I'm still active with the Lambda Business Chamber, a LGBTQ homeless youth charity and a non-profit counseling center. I also edit the LGBTQ political endorsement guide for most elections.
When it comes to real estate, I give you my undivided attention. I can create a custom search and together we can narrow down the style, area and price point for your next home. You'll view the homes online, complete with reverse search options and then together, we'll visit homes and find one that's perfect for you.
If you're selling a home, you'll get honest answers from me. Nevertheless, if you're the seller, you set the price. I'll simply give you honest guidelines and comps. I know how to list a home for the maximum exposure, which correlates to a sale.
If you're considering a move to Las Vegas, the most frequent questions from LGBTQ buyers have to do with areas and acceptance. The quick answer is, "we are everywhere," -- there is no particular area that's "more gay" than another.
We're not San Francisco, Chicago or Miami but we do have fabulous entertainment, world class dining, low taxes and no state income tax. It's a wonderful place to live.
