More About the Professional:
Felipe read the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", and was inspired to get involved in real estate. He purchased his first property with an agent who wasn't concerned with his clients' welfare, only with his own commission check. So he obtained his own real estate license, and swore to never treat his own clients that way.
Felipe has worked with all kinds of buyers and sellers, and is working on his Certified International Property Specialist Designation which will help him to better assist his international clients.
If you're looking to buy or sell Las Vegas real estate, Felipe looks forward to helping you find your ideal home.More Details:
One odd thing about Las Vegas is there is no "gay ghetto" here. I've sold properties to gay people all over the valley. I've seen some progress with the gay community growing and becoming more... well, a community!
The Human Rights Campaign and AFAN are great groups to get involved to make a difference and meet some wonderful people. Las Vegas for the most part is pretty accepting.
I live near Summerlin on the west side of the city, but have sold houses in every part. I really listen to what your needs are and focus on delivering the properties that match.
There has never been a better time to buy then right now. Markets like these don't come around very often. Let's save you some money and find you a home!
