More About the Professional:
My husband and I moved to Kansas City, MO (Raytown) 20 years ago, due to a fluke, and never left. Missouri is located in the heart of the U.S. and Kansas City and surrounding areas is located in the heart of Missouri. A friend of mine got me into real estate. Said you could spend very little getting started and hit the ground running. Well I hit the ground running and ran right smack dab into the middle of the real estate crash. Still there was something about the art of real estate that I loved and I still do to this day. As a Kansas City gay Realtor, I love the areas that I serve and the state where I live. Home Sweet Home Realty is an awesome company which supports the GLBT Community and I have recently become a Broker and will open a new office in Independence in June. I have also become a minister and a notary and can offer one stop shopping to my clients who want to marry the one they love, buy a home and live happily ever after in one of the best cities in the U.S. Come give Missouri a try.
Downtown Kansas City has become vitalized and Missouri still remains one of the most stable housing markets in the U.S. You can get a great deal on a decent house or spend millions if you prefer. Surrounded by Lee's Summit, Overland Park, Blue Springs, Independence and Raytown and some of the best school districts in the state. The people here are very nice and mostly Gay friendly (there are some as in every state). The housing and job market are above the national average and education (college) is top notch in both Kansas and Missouri.
The Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals, and Sporting KC offer sports fans a variety of events to partake of. Surrounded by lakes and camping and even skiing (homemade snow) in the winter rounds off the perfect city.
