More About the Professional:
Real Estate has always been a passion of mine ever since I can remember. Growing up in New York, I was spoiled with living amongst a variety of different architecture from New York Brownstones to Hampton's Estate Homes. After moving to Florida I decided to turn my love of homes into a career. I've worked in almost every avenue of Real Estate, from office management to sales. I pair my managerial experience with a no nonsense approach that really gives me a competitive edge for negotiating deals in today's market. Being able to meet and make friends with so many people is really what I enjoy the most about my business. Every day is a new challenge. You never know who you're going to work for or who's house you're going to sell. The best part of it all is I get to do what I love to do every day - helping people.More Details:
Being an over decade-long resident, I have resided in many different suburbs throughout the City of Orlando. I have always felt respected and accepted just being myself. In my opinion, Orlando is very socially progressive and culturally diverse. Due to Fair Housing Act Laws, agents cannot specify which areas they would consider to be the "gay area" or more "gay friendly area" of town, but we certainly offer some trendy neighborhoods any LGBT buyer would love to live in! Throughout the year we have many events including the Gay Pride Parade in Downtown, Gay Days at Disney during the Summer, amongst many others.
