Allen's association hosts an Institute each year offering the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) Designation of NAR. He attends the NAR Convention (Nov) and the NAR Mid-Year Meetings (May) each year. As a Costa Rica gay Realtor, Allen often presents Costa Rica for real estate investment and professional opportunities to groups in the North America.
