NH: Seacoast Real Estate Prices in Steady Decline

Average prices for houses and condominiums in Exeter and Stratham have been on a steady decline for the last year, this despite the fact that both communities had healthier spring sales compared to the winter.

The average price of a house that sold in Exeter during the spring (March, April and May) was $259,026, according to data compiled from deeds on file with the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds. The average price of an Exeter condo was $147,364.

In Stratham during the spring, the average house price among the 17 sales that were recorded was $332,665. The average price of a Stratham condo was $200,920.
