NH: Hartford Real Estate Sales Up, Prices Down in November

Connecticut Gay Real EstateHartford area home sales rebounded in November but median prices remained in the cellar, new housing sales data shows.

There were 590 sales of existing single-family dwellings last month, up 7.3 percent from November 2010, the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors said Monday. October sales were flat compared to a year earlier.

November median sale prices fell 11.1 percent to $207,000 vs. $239,950 a year earlier.
