Nashville Commercial, Industrial Real Estate Markets Looking StrongNashville’s office and industrial real estate markets ended the year on a promising note.

The average asking rent for office space increased and the vacancy rate dipped in the fourth quarter, according to a new market report from commercial real estate brokerage Cassidy Turley.

The area’s vacancy rate now stands at 10.6 percent, down from 11.5 percent in the previous quarter. Average asking rents ticked up to $19.39 from $19.10.
