MN: Twin Cities Real Estate Prices Stabilizing

There is some good news for people trying to sell their home, Twin Cities real estate prices are stabilizing.

The latest Case-Shiller Price Index shows metro home prices rose just under .50 percent during the month of April.

It’s the first increase we’ve seen in eight months. The Minneapolis Association of Realtors also says pending sales for this month are up 49 percent over last year.
