MD: Baltimore Home Prices Dropped Almost 10% Year-Over-Year in May

The average list price of a home in the Baltimore dropped 9.8 % compared to home prices in May 2010. That’s according to a new study by Realtor.com.

The average list price for a home is now $239,000. That’s down 2.81% from April.

According to the survey, the average Baltimore home was on the market for 89 days. The National average was 92 days.
