Kevin received his real estate license in 2003. As a Kansas City gay Realtor, he has extensive experience in both resale homes and new construction, having represented the developers and home builders.

Prior to his real estate career, Kevin spent 17 years working in marketing, management and consulting for retail organizations in the horticulture field. He was owner/manager of Bryant Greenhouses Inc. and of Distinguished Gardens. He also was a lawn and garden consultant for Lowe’s Home Improvement, Wal-Mart and Home Depot.

Kevin is a founding board member of the MALGBT (Mid-American LGBT Chamber of Commerce), a certified LGBTBE business enterprise/member (National LGBT Chamber of Commerce), and is a supporter of the Aids Walk KC, Aids Service Foundation, KC Care Clinic and Save, Inc.

Kevin enjoys gardening, traveling, friends and spending time with his partner Tom Suther, another agent on the Locate team and their dog, Betty White. He has a son, Austin, a daughter, Lauren, two grandsons, Boston and Briggs.
