Las Vegas Gay Realtor With 20+ years of Experience

Bill was born and grew up in Orange Grove (near Corpus Christi), Texas, and lived in the state for most of his life, before he moved to Las Vegas in 1985.

He's a Las Vegas Gay Realtor, and has watched the Las Vegas area population grow from less than 400,000 people to more than 2 million.

Bill promises to work diligently to help you buy or sell a home in the Las Vegas area real estate market. If you're selling a home in Vegas, he'll help you make sure you get the highest price for your property, and if you're buying a Las Vegas home, he'll help you find the dream home you've always wanted.

Bill is a Full-Time, Full-Service Las Vegas Real Estate Professional and currently works with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties (formerly Prudential), which had the highest customer satisfaction rating of all real estate companies in the United States in 2012 - 2013.

If you are looking for a REALTOR(R) that is not a high-pressure person, but is a strong and aggressive negotiator with your best interest always in mind, straight-to-the-point, patient and a great listener, then you owe it to yourself to at least talk Bill.

With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Bill will do his utmost to make your real estate experience smooth and enjoyable!

When I moved to Las Vegas in 1985, I took on the task of managing two of Vegas' prominent Gay bars and that task lasted for fifteen years. So, I guess you could say that I know the Las Vegas GLBT Community very well.

Las Vegas does not discriminate, in life or employment, especially now that Gay marriages are legal.

There is more to Las Vegas than Gay Bars and "The Strip". If you have never been here, I invite you to visit and see for yourself. Las Vegas is a great place to live, stay and play!
