There is no better place to work, play and own a house than here in Pasadena. It reminds me of an Eastern town, with tree-lined streets, an artistic flavor, a great old town and some amazing, historic homes. Pasadena is a picture-perfect community with an Eastern US flair combined with great Southern California weather.

I was lucky enough to purchase my first real estate endeavor in CA, with my partner, a lovely property in the heart of Pasadena near Cal Tech and Pasadena City College. This character craftsmen with 2 more cotages on the lot, was a fun fixer project for us and what a great investment for our future! I was able to judge the market buying low and selling high and then reinvesting in a few properties.
We absolutely love Pasadena and have many gay friends in the area. Mostly couples but there are certianly a lot of singles here as well. We have dinners together at the many wonderful restaraunts in the area, attend local theater events (pasadena playhouse), gay events, museums (member of the Huntington Library and Mueseum), and join friends at their homes for gatherings.
There’s also wonderful Old Town that draws people from all over for great shopping, clubs and dining.
We have a light rail train that connects us(only 3 blocks from where I live to station) then 15 minutes you’re in the heart of downtown L.A. Of course very easy access to Freeways to drive to other gay spots like Silverlake and Hollywood (about 20 minutes)
In Pasadena you really get everything a city has to offer without the congestion of people and cars in WEHO and Hollywood. But if you want a taste of the big city its easy to get to. Come join us and be our neighbor.
