Jim Sutton

Periodically we’ll feature one of our real estate professionals here to let our readers know about some great Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, and Other Real Estate Professionals:

My goal is to make the transaction as easy and stress free as possible. You work with me, not an assistant agent. I have lived in Albuquerque for over 30 years. I know the neighborhoods from the foothills to the Petroglyphs; the trendy hot spots like Nob Hill to the rambling Adobes and horse properties of Corrales by the river! I am committed to bringing you the best service possible.

On a personal note, I really like Albuquerque for all the great stuff you can do. I love to hike the Sandia Mountains and the Jemez; I love to bike along the river bosque with my dog every chance I get. And I love renovating my old adobe and working in the yard. There’s so many things to do here-please come join us!

I love Albuquerque. I moved here in 1977 to go to the University and never left. There’s bike trails in the foothills and down by the river in the Bosque, There’s easy and strenuous hiking trials up the Sandia Mountain-and then take the Tram down!

More than anything Albuquerque is a very livable small city with liberal areas, beautiful parks, and a comfortable atmosphere.
