The market here in Kamloops BC is holding steady, average homes sales are most active in the 300-350,000 dollar Range. Kamloops is seeing growth in single dwelling homes being built in Aberdeen, Pineview, Batchelor Hieghts as well as in Dallas/Campbell Creek area. Some of the reasons for this growth is based on the City plan of being open for new businesses.
Several large businesses have been looking at expanding to Kamloops because of this active plan and Kamloops central location in BC. The result is a growing city and a city council that is proactive.
