The median price of a Big Island single-family home dipped by 10 percent to $235,000 in February, while the price of a condominium rose by 6 percent to $257,500, according to statistics from the Hawaii Information Service.
The number of February single-family home sales was flat at 113 when compared to the same month last year, and the number of condos sold last month dropped by 31 percent to 37 units.
