When determining a style of home I determine how my clients use a home and what rooms are most important to them. Someone that loves to entertain will enjoy an open kitchen and plenty of space for dining and living. Some people prefer our door courtyards for casual entertaining. Many times it takes a creative eye to look at a floor plan and use rooms for different purposes.
