Kate grew up in the Midwest, but after moving to North Carolina in 2006, she truly felt she was “home.” While finishing her degree in Marketing, she began running a bed and breakfast. Her dedication to marketing and customer service gave her nearly overnight success, and she found she loved meeting new people and helping them discover all Charlotte has to offer.
Having grown up in real estate, and having made a hobby of keeping up to date on market trends and local listings, becoming a broker was the next natural step. While Kate has a broad range of experience including single family homes, investments, and new construction, she specializes in assisting clients in the buying and selling of condominiums with a focus on the high-rise market. Kate loves everything tech, and uses social media and web-based marketing to enhance the traditional real estate marketing structure and get her clients maximum exposure, as well as keep them up to date on market trends, decorating ideas, and other real-estate related topics.
