Connecticut Had Weakest Real Estate Sales in New England in February

Connecticut’s flat home sales for February were the weakest in the region, according to a RE/MAX of New England survey.

House sales in the state were essentially flat last month, down 0.3 percent, RE/MAX of New England said Wednesday.

In other New England states: Rhode Island experienced the largest year-over-year sales gain, up 38.4 percent, followed by Maine (up 24.6 percent), and Massachusetts, which rose 24.1 percent.
