Unlike in most of the country, Denver home prices were unchanged in July from the month earlier, according to the S&P Case-Shiller Home Price Indices released Tuesday.
Seventeen of the 20 markets in the index reported positive monthly increases. Detroit had the biggest gain, at 3.8 percent. Las Vegas and Phoenix home prices were both down over the month.
Denver home prices were down 2.1 percent from a year earlier.
