I am a Chicago lesbian Realtor who was born and raised in Chicago, lived in the city for the first 30 years of my life, then moved to the western suburbs. My children are raised and I am now a bit closer to the city again.
I’ve enjoyed selling real estate since 1995. Being a lesbian and working with the lesbian and gay community has been very rewarding for me. I know how personal and sometimes emotional this process is and I enjoy being able to provide a professional and comfortable environment in which to find your new home or sell the one that no longer works for you. Working with community professionals seems to make the experience easier and less stressful for my clients. In addition, I work with a network of lesbian and gay professionals (lenders, home inspectors, attorneys) who like myself can assist you in this process and help make it a more efficient and enjoyable experience. I am a trained arbitrator, negotiator and also an ombudsman. These skills help greatly in contract and term negotiations.
The Chicago area is a very diverse community with so much to offer culturally and artistically. The lakefront is beautiful with some unique architecture in the downtown area. Many of the suburbs like Naperville, Oak Park, Park Ridge, LaGrange, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn to name a handful are very vibrant with lovely downtown areas. Sports, art and good food are huge in this city.
