Home prices are on the rise here, and local real-estate agents expect the trend to continue. The average home price in Cheyenne rose by 3 percent through August compared to the same timeframe in 2011.
That is according to information from CoreLogic, a national provider of information, analytics and business services.
It is part of a larger trend, with home prices going up 4.6 percent nationwide for the first eight months of the year.
