Rising prices and shrinking supply continued to push metro Birmingham home sales up in November, according to a report.
The number of homes sold rose 6 percent to 825 in November from 775 in the same month a year ago, the Birmingham Association of Realtors reported today.
That put home sales so far this year at 9,994 – up 11 percent from the 9,029 sales in the same period of 2011, the report said.
