Pending sales were up 27 percent to 33.
“Both pending and sold listings are up for the month of February,” said Winona Realtor Angie Schott, MLS president of SEMAR. “When you combine that with equally as strong pending and sold figures as January, the statistics show that we are off to a good start for house sales in 2012.”
Year-to-date sales in Austin totaled 50, up 13.6 percent from a year ago. This market has been showing increasing strength for a year.
