“It is about location; it’s about what people are looking for at a given time,” says Amy Glover Bryant, Director of Communications for the Arkansas Realtor Association.

Glover Bryant says the real estate industry has seen its ups and downs recently. “I think its going to be turbulent. I do like to describe it as a rollercoaster. Some are going to be up, some months are going to be down until from what I heard from realtors probably until August,” Glover Bryant adds.
