A report released this week shows home sales in Arkansas jumped from May to June but fell slightly short of reaching 2010 levels.
Data compiled by the Arkansas Realtors Associations show about 2,300 homes were sold last month, a 4% decline compared to last year.
Amy Glover Bryant with the association says the 2010 homebuyer’s tax credit may account for the difference in home sales from 2010 to 2011. “My sense listening to realtors is that we are going to return to a normal pattern.”
