AB: Calgary Home Prices Remained Flat in May

New Homes in CalgaryNew home prices in the Calgary census metropolitan area remained unchanged from a year ago in May, according to Statistics Canada’s New Housing Price Index released Thursday.

The federal agency also said prices were up slightly, by 0.4 per cent, from April in the Calgary region.

Across Canada, Statistics Canada said new home prices rose 0.4 per cent in May from April and they increased by 1.9 per cent from a year ago.
