I was born and raised in Tacoma and am intimately familiar with the Tacoma real estate market - including its neighborhoods, recreation and businesses. I have focused my business on the LGBT community from the start of real estate career and especially enjoy working with first time buyers.

My experience in the Tacoma Real Estate markets covers everything from residential properties, including condos, to investment properties, downsizers and those moving up in the market.

Tacoma is a large city that still has a small town feel. Home prices are affordable and you will find that most neighborhoods are accepting and welcoming.

Tacoma's North End, the Stadium District and University Place are particularly welcoming to Gays and Lesbians and great places to live. The south end provides for a more relaxed environment with homes that almost anyone can afford to buy into and is home to many first time LGBT buyers.
