I am an Accredited Sellers Representative (ASR) and a Accredited Home-Staging Specialist. (AHS) I have a California Brokers license and a Washington State Brokers license. Both in good standing. I'm currently the Managing Broker in my office. I've been licensed since 1979. I've managed offices in Santa Barbara, CA and Olympia, WA. Moved to Olympia area 1995. I'm a member of the Multi-million Dollar sales club since 1986. I'm a Past President of the Santa Barbara California Association of Realtors. (1994)
I believe in 'accountability'. Period. I'm lucky enough to do what I love and love what I do. Most everyone would tell you I'm the 'source'. Not the last word... but the source of information. Most of my career I've said "you can count on me to say what I'll do, then do it"! I try to treat people like I like to be treated. - Give me lots on information and let me make a educated decision. - I have a good grasp of the real estate market in the Sound Puget Sound area.
