About Pat:

I believe in working by referral. That is, by focusing on my clients and their needs, they are so "WOWed" by the service I provide, that they cannot help referring their friends and family to me.

I am not out there cold-calling and door-knocking like other agents. I just build life-long relationships with my clients and love being their trusted advisor for all things real estate and Hampton Roads related. This is the way I have built my business for over 10 years.

I also love the relocating clients, as I moved here from Jersey in 1988 and I know how hard it is to come to a new place that you don't know anything about. I love my work, and my clients and I have fun together while they are making sound real estate investments.

I also believe in giving back to the community I serve. That is why I am on the Board of Directors of Hampton Roads OUTreach Center, am a founding BOD member of Hampton Roads Business OUTreach, and volunteer for Equality Virginia and our local SPCA.

Hampton Roads is so beautiful, surrounded by the waters of the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Whatever you are into: history, water sports, nightlife, culture, farm life, higher education; we have it all within a 30-45 minute drive in this large metro community made of 11 city/counties: Norfolk, VA Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Smithfield/Isle of Wight, Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown, Poquoson, and Williamsburg.

We are also only 3 hours to the Blue Ridge Mountains and ski resorts. There are many of us in the community who are working hard to make Hampton Roads a friendlier place to live as well as a LGBTQ destination.

We have a very active community with a tremendous number of opportunities throughout Hampton Roads to become involved: from social activities, to political and service groups, to spiritual and religious organizations, to professional organizations, to sports clubs.
