About Ken:
Ken has been a Stowe area Realtor® since 1979, and he has listed & sold both residential & commercial investment real estate in Northern Vermont for over 28 years. He has lived in Stowe since 1969, and was Stowe's Police Chief for a number of years, retiring in '92. He knows the Stowe area well, and he believes it's a great place to raise a family.
In 2004, Ken became the Vice-Chair of the National Association of Realtors®, Resort Real Estate Committee for 2005. The Committee has 35 members worldwide, and it represents the interest of resort/2nd home/vacation area Realtors®. We provide unique training needed to deal with international clients.

About Gay Stowe:
Ken serves the greater Stowe area, including Morrisville, Morristown, West Branch, Stowe Fork, Lower Village, Moscow, Waterbury, Waterbury Center, Duxbury, and more.
Stowe, Vermont is “The Ski Capital of the East”. In the last 10-15 years, Stowe has seen the four season resort business grow - the Stowe business community now gets about 60% of its income in the non-winter months. Nearly every weekend, there is some type of event. In addition, there are many golfing, tennis, fishing, hiking & horseback activities available.
But Stowe is a real community, not just a resort. Stowe has a great local government, with expert town highway maintenance in the winter, police, fire & rescue services, and one of Vermont’s best rescue teams. Stowe also has a large rec department, providing services to locals & visitors both, and the 5+ mile recreation path.
Stowe also has a top-notch school system - 90%+ of all graduates go on to college. The local area also has a great hospital, and great care for all visitors needs.
Stowe is a great place for gay/lesbian couples and singles to settle down.
